RyS Italian kitchen
This is a salon-style Italian cooking class for small groups where you can learn in a casual atmosphere as if you were invited to a friend's house. Using fresh vegetables and herbs from our balcony garden, let's cook authentic Italian mamma's cooking together. Vegetable sommelier RyS, who has lived in Italy, will teach you how to enjoy vegetables and special home-style cooking based on her experience living in Italy.
PROFILE of RyS (Yumi Yamazaki)
In 2005, she founded RyS Planning as an Italian food planning office, in order to become an evangelist of the charm of Italian food.
RyS Planning holds events, cooking classes, and seminars to introduce the unknown and delicious Italy.
She is also involved in advertising planning and production and writing as a copywriter.
Cooking Class Schedule
