How to Order
1. Flow from ordering to shipping
Please order by the following method
♦Purchases from "&Ken" and "Marusa Shoten" will be settled by STORES. The total amount billed will be the sum of the product price, shipping charges, and consumption tax. We will ship your order within 7 business days of receipt of your order by either Yamato Transport Service, Yu-Pack, or Letter Pack Light.
♦Please fill out the application form on each page to apply for "ken office".
After confirming your application, we will send you an email to confirm your application. Please transfer the money to the account indicated in the e-mail. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
After confirming payment, we will send a confirmation e-mail to confirm the order and, for items with a delivery date, we will also inform you of the delivery date. Please refer to the items you have ordered for the number of days required for delivery. We will send you the finished product by Letter Pack Light.

2. Payment Method

After that, we will bill you for the fees or tuition, so please make a bank transfer to the account to benotified. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail and, for items with delivery, we will also inform you of the delivery date. Please see the item you have ordered for the number of days required for delivery. We will send you the finished product by Letter Pack Light.

3. delivery
- Letter Pack Light (by Post Office)
Use when sending A4 size, 3cm or less in thickness, and 4kg or less in weight. Tracking is available and the package will be delivered to the customer's mailbox. Shipping cost ¥370 (as of January 2022)
- Transportation rate(by Yamato Transport: from Kanto）

①If the means of delivery is the same and the shipment can be mixed, we will ship them together "in one type (highest shipping cost)".
②If the means of delivery is different for each item, the items will be shipped separately "at the applicable shipping cost".

4. return policy
Returns and exchanges must be unopened and unused.
Please return the product to the address below within one week of receipt.
Please note that customers are responsible for both shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges for their own reasons.
